Key insights to look for
Posts with high engagement: These are your best-performing pieces—look for shared patterns in format, topic, or timing.
Sentiment trends over time: A shift toward positive or negative tone may reflect campaign impact, media coverage, or audience mood.
Recurring keywords or phrases: Frequently mentioned terms often reveal what your audience is focused on—or concerned about.
Campaign content gaps or wins: If some tags or sub-trackers show stronger performance, it can highlight messaging strengths or blind spots.
Off-topic or irrelevant content: A pattern of unrelated posts may signal overly broad terms. Use sentiment edits, filters, or deletes to refine.
