Keyhole collects posts in real time, starting the moment your tracker is created. If a post doesn’t appear in your dashboard, it may be due to one of the following reasons:

  • The tracker started after the post was published

  • The tracker was turned off when the post was made

  • The tracker reached its post volume limit

  • The post was made before the tracker was created (sample posts may appear, but full data requires Historical Data report)

Locating Missing Posts

1. Go to Listening & Campaigns and select your tracker.

2. Click Posts from the left-hand menu.

3. Use the search bar to enter keywords or phrases from the post.

4. Make sure the correct platform (e.g., Twitter, Instagram) is active and showing a green checkmark.

5. Adjust the date range to include the date the post was published.

⚠️ NOTE: If the range is greyed out, the post predates your tracker and can only be retrieved through Historical Data.
