You can delete a tracker to permanently remove it from your account, including all collected data. If you want to keep past posts but stop collecting new ones, you can turn the tracker off instead. This lets you retain historical data without using up your post limit.
⚠️ IMPORTANT: Deleting a tracker will not reset your post limit. Posts are counted at the time they are collected, not when they are deleted.
How to Delete a Tracker
1. Go to Listening & Campaigns in the Keyhole dashboard.
2. Select the tracker you want to delete.
3. In the left-hand menu, click Tracker Settings.
4. Scroll to Tracker Deletion and click Delete.
5. Confirm your choice when prompted.
How to Turn Off a Tracker
1. Go to Listening & Campaigns in the dashboard.
2. Select the tracker you want to turn off.
3. Toggle the tracker from On to Off to stop data collection without losing access to previously collected posts.
