Data You Can Collect
Mentions & Hashtags: Track how often your keyword or hashtag appears in TikTok posts.
Engagement Metrics: Monitor likes, comments, views, and shares for posts containing your tracked keywords.
Post Details: Access information such as titles, descriptions, and URLs of each post.
NOTE: Keyhole checks for new TikTok mentions every 6 hours. Due to TikTok’s limitations, we can retrieve up to 90 posts with each refresh.
Specified vs. Unspecified Accounts
Keyhole allows you to collect TikTok data from both specified and unspecified accounts.
Specified Accounts: If you want to monitor specific influencers or brands, add their handles to the Account Watchlist or Profile Analytics. This will limit data collection to these accounts. Learn more.
Unspecified Accounts: If you don’t specify any accounts, Keyhole will collect posts from any user who includes your tracked keywords or hashtags. Due to TikTok's data restrictions, broad listening is subject to the following criteria:
The account must have an engaged following.
Followers must interact with their posts regularly.
Viewers must show consistent watch time on their content.
NOTE: To switch between broad TikTok social listening and tracking only specified accounts, use the ‘Get posts from these accounts’ toggle in your tracker’s advanced settings.
