Can't Find a Specific Post ? Here is Why:

Keyhole specializes in real-time data collection, which means that we track posts moving forward. We do not track posts when:

  1. The tracker is turned off

  2. The tracker has not been created

  3. You have reached your post limit for the month

However, we do provide some sample posts before the tracker creation date. You can find more information about it here.Β 

Below are the steps to guide you on how to find the specific post you are looking for:

Step 1:

Use the search bar on top to key in one of the words of the post. For example:

Step 2:

Go to 'Hashtag and Keyword Tracking' > click on the tracker with the specific hashtag

Step 3:

On your 'Posts' page, adjust the date range to when the post was made. If the date range appears to be grey, it indicates that this was before your tracker creation date, so you will have to order a historical report for it.

Step 4:
Ensure that the platform the post was made on is turned on, with a green tick:
