Customer security is our top priority, and we are committed to ensuring your information is always protected. As part of our ongoing efforts to maintain the highest standards, we’ve made some system updates that will require you to reset your password before logging in to Keyhole.

If you received the following message when attempting to log in, you’ll need to reset your password:

Message: “We have made an update to our systems. Please update your password.”

To reset your password:

Go to the Keyhole login page.

Click on ‘Forgot your password?’ link and follow the prompts.

In the near future, we’ll be introducing two-factor authentication (2FA) to provide an additional layer of protection for your account. We'll send you instructions on how to set up 2FA once it becomes available, both via email or on the website.
