Keeping your data safe and secure on Keyhole is our top priority. It’s the foundation of our business and everything we do.

Data security is ensured through industry-standard measures, including password protection and mandatory two-factor authentication (2FA). We use encryption protocols to protect data at rest, while data in transit is secured via TLS 1.2 and SSL/TLS. Our platform undergoes ongoing security tests, bug checks, and updates to ensure your data is safe.

Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)

Two-factor authentication adds an extra layer of security to your Keyhole account. It requires anyone who tries to log into your account to have your email address, your password, and a one-time code sent to or available from your email.

Setting Up Two-Factor Authentication

When you create your Keyhole account, you’ll be automatically prompted to set up 2FA.

Once set up, you’ll be asked to provide a verification code sent to your email each time you log in. Verification codes are sent to the email address listed on your general settings page in your Keyhole account.

If you don’t receive the verification code, please check your email's spam folder or contact [email protected] for additional support.
