Instagram Professional is currently the umbrella term for any Instagram Business and Instagram Creator accounts. Both seem very similar, however, depending on which account you currently have make a difference when it comes to Publishing.
These are the limitations within publishing (from Instagram's API):
Instagram Creator accounts do not have the ability to auto-publish posts directly to Instagram using the publishing tool. In order to post to your Instagram creator account, you will need to schedule the post within Keyhole and then follow this flow.
Instagram Business accounts do have the ability to auto-publish single image or video posts (that meet the platform requirements) directly from the publishing tool. If you wish to publish carousel posts then you will need to schedule the post within Keyhole and then follow this flow.
What if my post doesn't meet the platform requirements?
Not to worry, the post will fail at the stage of publishing and we will notify you when this happens as well as provide an explanation.
