Can I Upgrade or Downgrade my Subscription in the Middle of a Billing Cycle?

You can upgrade your subscription at any point in the billing cycle by paying the prorated difference between your current plan and the higher tier of your choosing. However, you cannot downgrade until the end of any given cycle.

To upgrade simply follow the steps shown below.

  1. On the upper right side of the page, click the dropdown menu next to your username and then select 'Settings'.

2. Select Billing / Subscriptions on the left side and then click on the 'Change Subscription' button.

This will take you to the pricing page, and you can click to upgrade or downgrade to the plan of your choice.
