When you start a new tracker, we collect up to 200 posts by real users mentioning your term to help you sample the conversation and understand how this dashboard looks and works.

So, unless you purchased Historical Data, the posts you see before the ‘Tracker Created’ line on your tracker timeline are sample posts.

Unlike the real-time data we collect once your tracker is created, this is not complete data (i.e. not every single mention of your term during that time).

​Getting Historical Data

To get complete data from before a tracker was created, you can request older data through Keyhole's Historical Data reports, which is a separate service. Pricing for historical reports depends on date range and volume.
