Keyhole's real-time tracking plans only include data from the date they are started. They do not include data from before the tracker creation date, unless it's sample data. Some trackers provide sample data of up to 200 posts from the last 2 weeks, with the exception of Instagram which only provides us with data from the last 24 hours. This data is only a sample though and should not be treated as historical data.

You can request older data through Keyhole's Historical Data reports, which is a separate service. Pricing for historical reports depends on date range and volume.

Keyhole’s Enterprise plan does include access to full historical data. If you're subscribed at the Enterprise Historical Level and your trackers are not showing Historical Data, please email [email protected] and we will backfill them for you!
