Firstly, you have to create an account tracker:
You will have two options on this page:
Option 1: sign in through Facebook before you can start tracking, as Instagram Business accounts are all linked to a public Facebook page.
Option 2: Input the IG Business Account handle and authenticate through Facebook after the tracker is created.
Note: You will not be able to track stories and follower insights if the IG Business account is not authenticated.
In order to authenticate, you have to first make sure that your IG Business account is linked to a public Facebook page. You can check it under:
Alternative 1: IG Settings > Account > Linked Account > Facebook.
Alternative 2: Under Facebook page Settings > Instagram > Connect IG Account.
Once its authenticated, you will be able to start tracking stories moving forward!
Note: We can't track stories from IG Personal as of now due to IG latest API policy.
