How do I Exclude certain Keywords or Users from my Tracker?

To stop posts with certain keywords or from certain users from being collected, go to your ‘Edit Tracker’ page which can be found on the left-hand navigation bar of any tracker.

Ignore Keywords for an Existing Tracker:

  1. Go to the ‘Edit Tracker’ page.

  2. Under refine your search, select ‘+ Add Criteria’.

  3. Change the selection in the drop-down to ‘Do not include’

  4. Enter any keywords or #hashtags into the fields that you would like to ignore

   5. Save your changes.

Ignore Users for an Existing Tracker:

  1. Go to the ‘Edit Tracker’ page. Go to Filters > Account Filters > Ignore posts from these accounts 

2. Enter the account names of the users that you would like to ignore

    3. Save your changes.

Ignoring Keywords/Users for a New Tracker:

  1. Under Hashtag and Keyword Tracking , select Add Advanced.

2. Follow the same instructions as for an existing tracker to input your refined search.

3. Save your changes.
