Exclude Certain Keywords or Users from Your Tracker

Exclude posts by keyword or user to keep your tracker focused on the content that matters most to your campaign.

Use exclusions to refine your tracker by removing posts that mention specific terms or come from certain users. This helps you focus only on content that’s relevant to your campaign.


Exclude Keywords for an Existing Tracker

Use this filter to remove posts that contain off-topic or misleading terms.

1. Go to Listening & Campaigns and select the tracker to edit.

2. Open Tracker Settings from the left-hand menu.

3. Under Search Settings, select Add Criteria.

4. In the dropdown, choose Do Not Include.

5. Enter the keywords or hashtags to ignore, then click Save.


Exclude Users for an Existing Tracker

Block posts from specific accounts that aren’t relevant to your campaign.

1. Go to Filters > Account & Domain Filters > Ignore posts from these accounts.

2. Enter the usernames of accounts you want to exclude.

3. Click Save to apply the changes.
