There's a possibility that Keyhole is still in the process of calculating the metrics. It may take a few minutes or hours depending on the volume of posts your tracker collects within your search criteria.

It is likely that some of your influencers' Instagram, Facebook, Youtube and TikTok accounts have not been added either to Profile Analytics or Account Watchlist (formerly known as Influencer Management). This is a pre-requisite for us to provide reach and impressions metrics due to the limitations imposed by the APIs of these platforms. Do note that if the accounts were authenticated, Keyhole displays Auth Reach which is the exact number of unique users that have seen the posts.
