When you export a tracker report, you’ll receive an Excel file with multiple sheets covering everything visible in the dashboard—along with additional breakdowns to help you evaluate performance, audience, and post activity over time.

What’s Included in a Downloaded Report

Each report contains the following tabs:

  • Timeline – A breakdown of posts, reach, and impressions over time

  • Top Posts – The most engaging posts based on your tracked terms

  • Influencers – Influential users sorted by post count, engagement, impressions, and exposure

  • Top Domains – Most linked websites and URLs appearing in tracked posts

  • Countries – Post volume by country

  • States – Post volume by U.S. state (if available)

  • Demographics – Estimated gender breakdown of users (if available)

  • Hashtags – Most common hashtags used in tracked posts

  • Keywords – Most frequently used keywords alongside your tracked terms

  • Sources – Device (e.g., iOS, Android, web) and platform used to publish posts

  • Share of Posts – Breakdown of post types (e.g., original, shares/retweet, reply) as a percentage of total volume

You can use this report to present campaign results, analyze trends, or compare tracker performance over time.

What Timezone Is Used in Reports

Timestamps in your downloadable report—such as post dates and times—will reflect the timezone of your browser at the time of download.

If you're collaborating with team members in different regions, make sure to align on this when reviewing timelines.
