The Influencers page highlights users, accounts, and domains with the highest engagement, impressions, exposure, and post volume in your tracker. Whether you're monitoring a campaign or spotting trendsetters, this is where you’ll find the people behind the data.
Note: Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube only show full metrics if the account is in your Watchlist or Profile Analytics.
How to Use the Influencers Page
See who’s driving reach, engagement, and post volume—at a glance.
To open the Influencers Page:
- Go to Listening & Campaigns
- Select your tracker
- Click Influencers in the left-hand menu
Inside, you’ll see:
- A table of top accounts collected in your tracker
- Profile name and handle, with platform icon
- Number of posts collected
- Average engagement per post
- Follower count (when available)
- Estimated impressions and total exposure
- Domain rank (for blogs, news, or forums)
- Public bio or profile description
Some platforms (like Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube) only display full metrics when the account is added to your Watchlist or Profile Analytics.
Key insights to look for
- High engagement, low post count: These accounts drive strong results with minimal activity—often signaling high influence.
- Low engagement, high volume: May indicate low-quality or off-topic accounts that could be filtered or excluded.
- High impressions, low followers: These users are reaching large audiences despite smaller followings—check what’s driving their visibility.
- Creators vs. press vs. partners: Tag-based performance differences can reveal which groups are contributing most to your tracker.
- Same accounts dominating exposure: If a small number of profiles appear consistently, it may point to concentrated influence or limited reach.
