Media Wall for Live Sharing

Display live posts from your Keyhole tracker in real time with the Media Wall, embedding them on your site or sharing via URL.

What is a Media Wall?

The Media Wall is a live, customizable feed of social posts pulled directly from your Keyhole tracker. Whether you’re running a campaign, hosting an event, or just want to showcase audience engagement, the Media Wall makes it easy to display real-time posts on your website or through a public link.

It’s designed to help you:

  • Create social proof by showing authentic engagement.

  • Keep audiences engaged with live content.

  • Control what appears with built-in moderation tools.

  • Match your brand with display themes and layout options.


Share Your Media Wall

1. Go to Listening & Campaigns and select the tracker you want to embed.

2. Open the Media Wall in the left menu.

3. Go to Settings on the right to adjust how the posts appear:

  • Filters: Sort posts by Recent Posts or Top Posts, or Exclude Retweets.

  • Display Options: Choose to show post text, select a light or dark theme, and display posts in Grid or Slideshow mode.

4. Choose to Embed the Media Wall directly on your website using an embed code or share by selecting Copy URL to generate a shareable link.


Moderate Posts

1. Toggle Media Wall Moderation to enable moderation.

2. Mark posts by clicking the top right corner of each post. You can select multiple posts at once.

3. At the bottom of the screen, select Set Visibility and choose Public or Only Me.

4. To embed, click Embed, copy the code, and paste it into your website’s HTML. Or, Copy Snippet to share the Media Wall URL.

NOTE: By default, posts are set to Only You. When embedding, only posts marked as Public will be visible on your website.


Remove Posts from the Media Wall

  1. Mark posts by clicking the top right corner of each post. You can select multiple posts at once.

  2. Change its visibility to Only You to hide it.
