Reach and impressions may not show in your tracker for a number of reasons.
Keyhole may still be calculating the metrics. Depending on the volume of posts your tracker collects within your search criteria, it may take a few minutes or hours to collect the data.
It is likely that some of your influencers' Instagram, Facebook, and Youtube accounts still need to be added to Profile Analytics or Account Watchlist. This is a prerequisite for us to provide reach and impressions due to the limitations imposed by these platforms' APIs. If the accounts are authenticated, Keyhole displays Auth Reach, the exact number of unique users who have seen the posts. Learn more how metrics are calculated in Listening & Campaigns.
