Why doesn't my New Tracker show Old Data?

Keyhole's  real-time tracking plans only include data from the date they were started. They do not include data from prior dates. (The 60+ day data storage is for data that has already been captured by your running trackers.)

You can request older data through Keyhole's  Historical Data reports, which is a separate service. Pricing for historical reports depends on date range and volume.
