Why doesn't my Tracker show Old Data?

Keyhole's  real-time tracking plans only includes data from the moment they were started and moving forward. They do not include data from prior dates. (The date range filter in the top right of your tracker is for data that has already been captured by your running trackers.) Any past data seen in a tracker will be a sample of historical data, and not full historical data.

You can request older data through Keyhole's Historical Data reports, which is a separate service. Pricing for historical reports depends on date range and volume. If you're interested, please submit a quote request and we'll get back to you shortly with a quote.

To get historical data in your tracker, you can subscribe at the Enterprise level, which includes full historical data within your tracker, and will continue pulling in data moving forward.
