Why does the Influencer tab on my Listening Tracker show Twitter Users, but not Instagram or Facebook Users?

Twitter provides user-identifying data through their API, so we are able to display their accounts on the Influencer Tab when they make a post using your Social Listening search terms as shown below:

However, Instagram and Facebook do not provide this data due to their API restrictions. We're unable to collect their account information unless you have specified their Instagram Professional account within the Profile Analytics or Account Watchlist (formerly known as Influencer Management) section of the tool.

For this reason, your tracker will not display the users from Instagram and Facebook that used your Social Listening search terms unless specified.
