Depending on your plan, multiple team members can now access Keyhole and enjoy:

  • Individual Logins
  • Shared access to data
  • Easy to set and manage permissions

Plan access breakdown:

  • Professional: 1 user per account
  • Team: 3 users per account
  • Corporate: 5 users per account
  • Agency: 10 users per account
  • Enterprise: Unlimited users per account


How to Add Users and Manage Permissions

1. Go to 'Settings' in the Dropdown of the top right-hand Menu.

2. Select the 'Manage Users' tab.

3. ‘Add New User’ to add the emails of team members you'd like to invite, and use the drop down to give them View, Edit and Admin permissions. 

  • Viewers: Can view trackers and download reports, but cannot make any changes to the trackers.
  • Editors: Can create and edit trackers.
  • Administrators: Can add new users and set permissions.
