1) Frequency of Alerts

Frequency of Alerts regulates how often you will be sent alerts about that tracker. The parameters of what will be included in each alert will be outlined later in this guide.

  • Off - You will not receive any alerts
  • Weekly - You will receive alerts once a week
  • Daily - You will receive alerts once a day
  • As-it-happens - You will receive alerts as it happens

2) Send Alerts to These Emails


Enter e-mail address that you want the alerts to be sent to. You can enter up to 5 separate email addresses. The first box will contain the email address used to create or purchase the Keyhole account.


3) Twitter


Receive an email alert when a Twitter user or post exceeds the set parameters. You also have the option to be alerted when a verified account publishes a tweet with your tracked hashtag and/or keyword.

  • Line 1 - If a user with at least x amount of followers mentions your search term(s), you will receive a notification
  • Line 2 - If a post with at least x amount of retweets includes your search term(s), you will receive a notification
  • Line 3 - If a verified account publishes a tweets with your tracked search term(s), you will receive a notification  

4) Instagram


Receive an email alert when an Instagram user or posts exceeds the set parameters.

  • Line 1 - If a user with at least x amount of followers mentions your search term(s), you will receive a notification
  • Line 2 - If a post with at least x amount of likes includes your search term(s), you will receive a notification

5) Tracker Volume

Receive an email alert when number of post exceeds the set parameters.

  • Line 1 - Receive an alert when there is an x percent increase in the number of posts collected as compared to the previous 7 day average.
  • Line 2 - Receive an alert when there are more than x posts in 1 day that mention my search term(s).
